This box is a part of the text generated by Commons:Deletion requests/preload as a result of being preloaded by the action of the "Create the subpage" button in the 'Listing "Deletion Requests" of a page or file' section of 'Commons:Deletion requests', and is intended to be used after the fact to standardize manually created subpages using {{Delete2}}.
